HUTTONSVILLE SCHOOL HOLDS RECOGNITION CEREMONY

 

On March 3, 2010, the Huttonsville School held its annual recognition/awards ceremony at 12:00 noon in the visitation room. Those in attendance were 57 students and teacher's aides as well as Education and Department of Corrections staff along with Warden Hoke.

Albert Fordyce, Unit Manager delivered a very inspiring speech. He has been a true ally to Education during the past 20+ years. Students were recognized for their accomplishments in Basic Education, Information Technology and Transitions programming.

The Education teacher's aides and janitors were also recognized. These individuals make the jobs of all staff a little easier with their hard work and dedication. Commendations go out to Evelyn McClellan and Diane Nuzum for orchestrating a very successful event.
