Elkins Mountain School Wins First Place Trophy
| The Elkins Mountain School took first place honors and
the Queen Sylvia trophy in the recent Mountain State
Forest Festival parade held in Elkins, West Virginia.
Eric R. designed the rear of the float and painted a fall
scene of children swinging. Several Mountain School
students rode on the float and waved to audience members
along the parade route.
The Elkins Mountain School participates in this community event each year and the students take great pride in
their success. |
