Mastery Level:  Students will identify . . . components of total wellness that must be present in order for one to achieve total well-being.



Paper, markers, tape, posters with levels of activity: 'Physically-Active', 'Physically-Average', 'Physically- Need Improvement'

Learning Plan:  


1.  Define and discuss the three levels of physical activity.
2.  Ask students to evaluate their own levels of physical activity then write the activities on post-it notes.

3.  Have each group attach the post-it notes on the appropriate posters placed around the room.
4.  Discuss the placement of each activity and replace notes to meet the appropriate categories.
.  Students will create strategies to achieve a higher level of fitness.
