What you do to stop bullying and intimidation makes a difference.
All bullying situations involve different environments, personalities, circumstances, people, outcomes, etc. and one single consequence for all actions is suggesting discipline should be a “one size fits all” strategy.
Since each bullying action involves different intentions, actions, severity, and the above mentioned factors we need to treat all bullying situations and interventions individually and on a case by case basis.
