GED^® Scores and Transcripts

Unofficial GED^® Scores

You may access your Unofficial GED^® Scores if you tested after 2001. If you completed the GED^® Application online using GEDWizard, follow these directions for Student Score Report:

1. Login to the GEDWizard
2. Click on "My Scores" tab
3. Click on the "View Score Report"
4. Click on the "Open" button
5. View, print, or email score report.

If you have previously taken the GED^® Tests and have never used the GEDWizard, please contact a GED^® Center or ABE Center to learn how to access your account.

Transcript of Official Scores

• Official scores are kept by the West Virginia Department of Education GED^® Office.
• Colleges, universities, and employers require a transcript of your official scores.
• You may obtain a copy of your official scores by completing the GED^® Release Form or call (304) 558-6315 Extension 1 to request a copy of the form be mailed or faxed to you.
• Do not forget to complete:
  • Name used when tested
  • Day time phone number
  • Name of the educational institution, military or employer (These entities usually request that the Official Transcript be sent directly to them).
  • Signature

Send the completed form with signature, a copy of state issued photo ID, and $10 money order to:
