General Educational Development (GED®) Testing

Accommodation Forms

There are five (5) different forms for requesting accommodations for the GED Tests administration:

Request for Testing Accommodations – Learning and Other Cognitive Disabilities (LD)

Request for Testing Accommodations – Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Request for Testing Accommodations – Emotional/Psychological/Psychiatric Disability (EPP)

Request for Testing Accommodations – Physical/Chronic Health Disability (PCH)

Request for Testing Accommodations - Intellectural Disability (ID)

Have a certified diagnostician complete the form and return the form to the Chief GED Examiner in your area.

Accommodations approvals are automatically valid for one (1) year from the date of approval.  At any time after that, if you decide to take the GED Test with the same accommodations for which you were previously approved, you have the option of requesting an extension of your accommodations approval.

Note: Some candidates may need to complete more than one form if they have multiple disabilities.  Candidates may also appeal the decision made for accommodations by completing the Appeal Form.
