Self-Reflection provides educators the opportunity to consider personlized plans for continued professional growth. Educators on all progressions complete a self-reflection by October 1st of each school year to assess their own professional practice as it relates to the Professional Standards. Educators should use the rubrics developed for the standards to identify a specific performance level for each element and determine a standard performance level based upon the preponderance of the evidence.
