If you have questions about the evaluation process, questions about WVEIS, or are experiencing difficulties using the system, please submit your questions to the appropriate contacts using the escalation paths outlined below. To ensure that issues are handled in the most efficient manner, please do not by-pass the escalation paths.

New VPN accounts may be requested by visiting www.wveis.k12.wv.us/vpnrequest, or by emailing Eric Burgy at email@example.com with a subject line of "Home Access". If a user has difficulty with an existing account, questions should be escalated as follows:
