Participants will be able to define and understand how to support and integrate the curriculum into practice. They will also develop the means to support family engagement, assessment, intentional teaching, and excellence in all areas of practice.

·        be able to find the Early Learning Standards for their grade level,

·        articulate how to intentionally create a caring community of learners,

·       demonstrate teaching to enhance development and learning,

·       develop an understanding of the connection between curriculum and family engagement,

·       learn ways to assess students and enhance instruction, and

·       develop an understanding of an integrated and meaningful curriculum to support a child’s overall development.
