Dynamic Learning Maps

The Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM) Alternate Assessment System Consortium is made up of 14 states and partner agencies and is developing a computer-based assessment for students with significant cognitive disabilities for whom, even with accommodations, general state assessments are not appropriate. DLM is led by the Center for Educational Testing and Evaluation (CETE) with the University of Kansas (KU).
