Calendars, Use of Time, Counselor Log

These tools help you document your use of time.  You will add your actual calendars and logs here. The sign of a successful counselor is one that is easy to replace.  Keeping a calendar and documenting how you use your time will make it easy for someone to step in and fill your shoes and build on the great work you are doing, if you leave for any reason.  It also will provide the documentation needed by OEPA, your principal and your county coordinator to understand and support the work you are doing.  This will clearly document if you are able to spend 75% of your time in direct student services or if you need to make program adaptations.
