Personalized Education Plans
NEW Personalized Education Plan (PEP) Template This template was designed by WVDE staff to assist counties/schools in developing a new template or revising their current ISTP template to align with PEP and graduation requirements. This is an optional format. Schools may revise thier old templates or create their own templates.
PEP Signature Page Template Schools must have a process to ensure every student updates the PEP annually. PEPS must have a Signature/process page documenting involvment of the counselor, advisor, student by securing signature of PEP devlopment participants. This is a sample signature page if a paper format is being used. Additionally, this form will document student data (inventories, assessments, career explortion actitivities, etc.) used to guide PEP development.

Career Research Outline - guides students to research specific careers in advisory or in content areas
Local Concentration Worksheet - Schools and counties may use this worksheet to develop their local concentrations/sequence of 4 courses to personalize each student's PEP and to prepare them for their post-secondary goals.. Local concentrations can not be named the same as a state-approved CTE Program of Study (Concentration). Please refer to 2014-15 State Approved CTE Programs of Study Page to identify the state approved CTE concentration names.
