Military OneSource is a free service provided by the Department of Defense to service members and their families to help with a broad range of concerns including money management, spouse employment and education, parenting and child care, relocation, deployment, reunion, and the particular concerns of families with special-needs members. They also can include more complex issues like relationships, stress and grief.

Operation Military Kids

Operation Military Kids (OMK) is he U.S. Army's collaborative effort with America's communities to support children and youth affected by deployment. Regardless of whether families are experiencing deployment for the first time, the second time or another in a series of multiple deployments, OMK's goal is to connect military children and youth with local resources to achieve a sense of community support and enhance their well-being.

Army Reserve Family Programs

The Army Reserve Family Programs (ARFP) helps soldiers and their families through different programs and services. Programs include life skills; survivor skills; childcare and youth development; Fort Family Outreach & Support; Money Matters; Army Family Action Plans; and Army Strong Bonds. The ARFP is knowledgeable about the particular challenges that military families face, as well as the "nuts and bolts" of military life such as benefits and entitlements.

Air Force Services Child and Youth Programs

Air Force Services Child and Youth Programs offer a number of activities to educate, guide and entertain the young. Programs are available throughout the year at installations throughout the world.

National Guard

West Virginia Military Family Assistance

West Virginia Military Family Assistance offers counseling and referral services for families of military service members. Family assistance counselors maintain contact with families of deployed service members on a monthly basis.
