Way Cool Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Medium-shell pasta, whole wheat1.5 cups3 cups6 cups
Yogurt, low fat (vanilla or plain)0.5 cup1 cup2 cup
Mustard0.75 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp3 Tbsp
Celery, chopped0.5 cup1 cup2 cup
Green onion, chopped0.25 cup0.5 cup1 cup
Tomatoes, chopped or canned, drained1 cup2 cup4 cup
Pepper1 tsp2 tsp4 tsp

Directions

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, but without adding salt to water. Drain and allow to cool.
  2. 2. In large bowl, combine yogurt and mustard.
  3. 3. Add pasta, celery and green onion to yogurt and mustard . Chill at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
  4. 4. Add tomatoes just before serving.
  5. 5. Top with pepper. Mix.
