| Rolled oats, old-fashioned | 0.75 cup | 1.5 cup | 3 cup | | Yogurt, low fat (vanilla or plain) | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | Milk, 1% (low-fat) or fat-free | 0.375 cup | 0.75 cup | 1.5 cup | | Apple, peeled, sliced | 1 cup | 2 cup | 4 cup | | Blueberries, frozen | 1.25 cup | 2.5 cup | 5 cup | | Raisins | 0.75 cup | 1.5 cup | 3 cup | | Walnuts (optional) | - | - | - |
Directions
- 1. In a medium bowl, mix oats, yogurt, and milk.
- 2. Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours (overnight is best).
- 3. Add fruit and mix gently.
- 4. Scoop 1/2 cup into small dishes.
- 5. Add walnuts if desired.
