Superstar Breakfast

Ingredients

Couscous, dry0.5 cup1 cup2 cup
Milk, 1% (low-fat) fat free1.25 cups2.5 cups5 cups
Apples, peeled, sliced3 cups6 cups12 cups
Ground cinnamon1 tsp2 tsp4 tsp

Directions

  1. 1. In medium saucepan, combine milk and cinnamon. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add couscous and apples. Cover and remove from heat.
  3. 3. Let stand for 6 minutes.
  4. 4. Spoon 3/4 cup of mixture into bowls.
