Superstar Breakfast
Ingredients

| Couscous, dry | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | Milk, 1% (low-fat) fat free | 1.25 cups | 2.5 cups | 5 cups | | Apples, peeled, sliced | 3 cups | 6 cups | 12 cups | | Ground cinnamon | 1 tsp | 2 tsp | 4 tsp |
Directions
- 1. In medium saucepan, combine milk and cinnamon. Bring to a boil.
- 2. Add couscous and apples. Cover and remove from heat.
- 3. Let stand for 6 minutes.
- 4. Spoon 3/4 cup of mixture into bowls.

Food For Thought
Couscous is a great breakfast item that can be topped similar to oatmeal. Try it with different fruits or add honey for extra sweetness.
