| Flour, all-purpose | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | Flour, whole grain | 1 cup | 2 cup | 4 cup | | Baking soda | 0.75 tsp | 1.5 tsp | 3 tsp | | Cinnamon | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp | | Egg, whole | 1 | 2 | 4 | | Egg white | 1 | 2 | 4 | | Molasses | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp | | Vegetable oil | 1.5 Tbsp | 3 Tbsp | 6 Tbsp | | 1% (low fat) or fat-free milk | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup |
Directions
- 1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
- 2. In a different bowl, beat eggs. Add egg whites and mix slowly, be careful not to over mix.
- 3. Sir in molasses, oil and milk.
- 4. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients, stir.
- 5. Bake on a hot, lightly greased griddle.
