Spiced Pancakes

Ingredients

Egg, whole1 2 4
Egg white1 2 4
Molasses1 Tbsp2 Tbsp4 Tbsp
Vegetable oil1.5 Tbsp3 Tbsp6 Tbsp
1% (low fat) or fat-free milk0.5 cup1 cup2 cup

Directions

  1. 1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
  2. 2. In a different bowl, beat eggs. Add egg whites and mix slowly, be careful not to over mix.
  3. 3. Sir in molasses, oil and milk.
  4. 4. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients, stir.
  5. 5. Bake on a hot, lightly greased griddle.
