| Cereal, whole grain | 2 cups | 4 cups | 8 cups | | Fruit slices (fresh, frozen or canned) | 2.5 cups | 5 cups | 10 cups | | Plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt | 1.5 cups | 3 cups | 6 cups | | Blueberries | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | Smoothie: add low-fat or fat-free milk | 2.5 cups | 5 cups | 10 cups |
Directions
- 1. Parfait directions:
- 2. Mix fruit slices and blueberries together.
- 3. Spoon cereal into the bottom of a cereal bowl.
- 4. .Add 1/2 cup of fruit.
- 5. Top with 1/4 cup yogurt.
- 6. Smoothie directions:
- 7. Follow parfait directions, but place ingredients into blender
- 8. Blend with 3/4 cup milk.
