Tuna, chunk-light, water-packed, drained8 oz16 oz32 oz
Mayonnaise, light1 Tbsp2 Tbsp4 Tbsp
Yogurt, plain, low-fat0.5 Tbsp1 Tbsp2 Tbsp
Rolls, hot dog, whole grain2.5 dog5 dog10 dog
Cheese, shredded0.25 cup0.5 cup1 cup

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. 2. Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, yogurt and honey mustard in a bowl.
  3. 3. Slice buns in half.
  4. 4. Spread 1/4 cup of tuna mixture evenly on each half bun.
  5. 5. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
  6. 6. Top with 2 tsp cheese. Bake 2 more minutes.

These can also be put on pieces of lettuce and served with pita wedges or cut a tomato in half and fill with this tuna salad.
