Rainbow Bake

Ingredients

Mixed vegetables, drained1.5 cups3 cups6 cups
Cheddar cheese, shredded0.5 cup1 cup2 cup
Elbow macaroni, whole grain1.25 cups2.5 cups5 cups

Directions

  1. 1. Cook pasta as directed.
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. 3. In large mixing bowl, combine drained mixed vegetables, cheese macaroni, onion, pepper, and beans.
  4. 4. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
  5. 5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
