| Pasta, whole wheat, bowtie, dry | 1 cup | 2 cup | 4 cup | | Tomatoes, chopped | 1 cup | 2 cup | 4 cup | | Spinach, chopped | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | Carrots, chopped | 1 cup | 2 cup | 4 cup | | Broccoli, chopped | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | Pepper, black | 0.5 tsp | 1 tsp | 2 tsp | | Olive oil | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp | | Vinegar, distilled | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp | | Parmesan cheese, grated | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp |
Directions
- 1. Cook pasta as directed on box.
- 2. Allow pasta to cool.
- 3. Chop vegetable. Mix together in large bowl.
- 4. Mix oil and vinegar and coat pasta.
- 5. Combine pasta and vegetables.
- 6. Top with pepper and parmesan cheese. Mix.
