Pizza Party Pita
Ingredients

| Pitas | 4 | 8 | 16 | | Ricotta cheese | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | White beans, cooked, drained | 10 Tbsp | 20 Tbsp | 40 Tbsp | | Tomatoes, chopped | 1 cup | 2 cup | 4 cup | | Spinach | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | Tomato sauce | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | Milk, 1% (low-fat) or fat free | 0.5 Tbsp | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp |
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
- 2. In mixing bowl, stir together, spinach, ricotta cheese, tomatoes and beans.
- 3. Slice pitas open. Place 1/4 cup mixture in each pita.
- 4. Line baking sheet with lightly greased foil. Place pitas on sheet and brush tops with milk. Prick tops with a fork.
- 5. Place in 350 F oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
