Ingredients

| Bananas, peeled, sliced | 3 cups | 6 cups | 12 cups | | Water | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | Margarine, soft (trans fat free) | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp | | Nutmeg | 0.125 tsp | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | | Cinnamon | 0.5 Tbsp | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp |
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
- 2. Bring water to boil.
- 3. Remove from heat and stir in margarine, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- 4. Peel and slice bananas. Place in casserole dish.
- 5. Drizzle sauce over bananas.
- 6. Bake in oven 12 minutes. Serve warm with graham crackers.
