Karate Chopped Salad
Ingredients

| Romaine lettuce, chopped | 1.25 cups | 2.5 cups | 5 cups | | Tomatoes. Chopped | 1 | 2 | 4 | | Carrots, chopped | 0.75 cup | 1.5 cup | 3 cup | | Yellow bell pepper, chopped | 0.25 cup | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | | Cucumber, chopped | 0.75 cup | 1.5 cup | 3 cup | | Walnuts (optional) | 0.25 cup | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | | Yogurt, non-fat | 0.5 Tbsp | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | | Lemon juice | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp |
Directions
- 1. Chop all vegetables.
- 2. Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.
- 3. Chill until ready to serve.
- 4. Combine yogurt and lemon juice in small bowl. Pour over salad.
- 5. Toss to coat.
