| Fish fillets, frozen, unbreaded, cut into strips | 0.75 lb | 1.5 lb | 3 lb | | Paprika | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | 1 tsp | | Pepper, red/cayenne | 0.125 tsp | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | | Pepper, black | 0.125 tsp | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | | Oregano, ground | 0.125 tsp | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | | Thyme | 0.125 tsp | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | | Oil, vegetable | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp | 8 Tbsp | | Lemon juice | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp |
Directions
- 1. Place fish portions on an ungreased pan.
- 2. Mix seasonings in a small bowl. Place in a shaker.
- 3. Sprinkle lemon juice over the top of the fish fillets.
- 4. Shake seasoning mix over fish fillets.
- 5. Lightly spray or drizzle oil over the seasonings.
