Fruit-astic Salsa
Ingredients

| Peaches, fresh, diced | 1 cup | 2 cup | 4 cup | | Mango, diced | 0.5 cup | 1 cup | 2 cup | | Strawberries, fresh or frozen, diced | 1.5 cups | 3 cups | 6 cups | | Honey | 1 tsp | 2 tsp | 4 tsp |
Directions
- 1. Wash, peel and dice mangos.
- 2. Wash and dice peaches, peeling optional.
- 3. Wash and dice strawberries.
- 4. Mix all together in medium bowl. Drizzle honey on top.
- 5. Mix until honey is evenly distributed.

Food For Thought
Fruit salsa is a yummy afternoon snack in the summer. You can use any fruit you like. You can also make your own cinnamon chips by toasting whole grain pitas and topping with cinnamon. These make great dippers!
