| Cod fillets, frozen (or other white fish) | 1 lb | 2 lb | 4 lb | | Paprika | 0.125 tsp | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | | Onion powder | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | 1 tsp | | Pepper, black | 0.125 tsp | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | | Oregano, ground | 0.125 tsp | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | | Thyme, ground | 0.125 tsp | 0.25 tsp | 0.5 tsp | | Lemon juice, fresh or bottled | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp | | Margarine soft, melted (trans fat free) | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | 4 Tbsp |
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
- 2. Place fish on ungreased baking pan.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine paprika, onion powder, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
- 4. Sprinkle mixture over fish. Squeeze lemon juice over fish. Drizzle margarine on top.
- 5. Bake about 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
