Banana-Rama Breakfast

Ingredients

English muffins, whole grain2 4 8
Cottage cheese, low-fat1 cup2 cup4 cup
Bananas, sliced3 medium6 medium12 medium
Cinnamon1 tsp2 tsp4 tsp

Directions

  1. 1. Toast English muffins lightly in oven broiler.
  2. 2. Spoon 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese onto each muffin half.
  3. 3. Arrange banana slices on top of cheese and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. 4. Heat in or under broiler until banana and cheese are warm.
