Required Transcripts

Official, seal-bearing transcript reflecting all awarded degrees and/or courses required must be submitted. Copies are not accepted. Original transcripts may be mailed to our office, provided to county official, or submitted as an eScrip (electronic transcript) sent directly from institution to our office to cert.transcripts.wvde@k12.wv.us. Electronic copies forwarded from applicant's email are not accepted.

To send your official transcripts in a sealed envelope from the institution of higher education via USPS, please mail to the following address:
