Call to Order



President James J. MacCallum called the special/emergency meeting of the West Virginia Board of Education to order at approximately 9:07 a.m. on May 17, 1999, via teleconference with members participating from various sites. Members present were: Vice President Gary G. White, Secretary Cleo P. Mathews, Sandra M. Chapman, Michael D. Greer, Jim L. McKnight, and J. D. Morris.





II.

Policy 5310 - Performance Evaluation of School Personnel



Upon motion by Gary G. White, second by Jim L. McKnight, the Board approved Policy 5310 with modification as suggested by Sandra M. Chapman. (Copy appended to Official Minutes, Attachment A.)





III.

Adjournment



Upon motion by Cleo P. Mathews, second by Sandra M. Chapman, the Board adjourned at approximately 9:22 a.m.
